66. How to handle a Scrum transition of an organization that was heavily relying on Waterfall before?

In order to handle the transition from Waterfall-to-Scrum in the organization, there have to be some experienced people in the team who had already practiced Scrum previously in their company, or they are familiar with Scrum to initiate the transition. The other thing to smooth out the transition is to upgrade the project management tools that you are currently using.

Using such tools can ease team communication while accelerating the pace at which the progress moves towards a goal line.

66. What makes a bad Scrum Master?
