Resources for applying machine learning?

Hi, everyone. Could someone recommend materials explaining how to build an interactive predictive ML model within Swift? I’m not looking for a detailed tutorial. Rather, I want to understand the broad strokes of how to structure the app to accomplish the use cases below.

When people use the app, they will see the probability of liking product X. The model powering this is trained on the review history of others. The independent variables describe the person. The dependent variable is whether they liked the product. Each product’s model is retrained each time a new person reviews it.

Here are the technical challenges I want to understand:

  • Where does the database need to be stored? IOS? AWS? etc?
  • How do you set it up so that new reviews are added to the database
  • How do you set it up so that the model is retrained each time the database adds new reviews
  • How do you set it up so that the model’s output displayed to users is the probability they will like the product

Example UX: I open the app, fill out my profile, and start rating products I have. This data trains models for those products. For products I haven’t bought, I want see how likely I am to like it. Each product already has a model trained from the review history of others. My personal ionformation is sent through the model and I see the probability of liking it.
