Nothing is visible except in Level 1 and Elevation Views

I’m very new to Revit 2021, trying to make architectural models, and I can’t for the life of me get anything to show up in the majority of the views. I have Level 1 modeled, with the top of the walls abutting Level 2, but nothing is visible in Level 2. In fact, the only views where I can see what I have built are the {3D} view, the four cardinal direction Elevation views, and Level 1 itself.

I have the Underlay Range: Base Level set to Level 1, and I’ve tried changing numbers around in the View Range of Level 2, to no avail.

I can’t update to Revit 2022 because I will need to be exporting these models to Unreal Engine 4 for rendering and walkthroughs, and the Datasmith plugin doesn’t yet support Revit 2022.
