Best way to work with systems in a small project

Hello. I am working on a small house project that I need to model heating/cooling and electrical systems. Since the project is small and I work alone, I wanted to add the systems in Architectural Project revit file. Do you recommend any workflow such as using worksets or groups to prevent confusion inbetween different systems and architecture?
